Natale della Civetta 2025-2026

The Christmas festival of the Municipality of Galatina offered over forty events including music, art, performances, and traditions, from December 4, 2025, until Epiphany. The big news of the year was the first edition of the Winter Park at Villetta San Francesco: a Christmas village with an ice skating rink, play area, creative workshops, street performers, and Santa Claus's house. The shopping Sundays in the historic center were accompanied by light shows and scenic installations, while musical events also involved the Basilica of Santa Caterina d'Alessandria.

Winter Park - Villetta San Francesco (from December 6, 2025)

• December 6 — "Let's light up Christmas!": inauguration, creative workshops for children, street performers, and shows by local dance schools
• December 7 — Mime show
• December 8 — Santa Claus village with inflatable games, surprises, and workshops for children
• December 11 — Dancing fountains show with water and fire effects
• December 25 — Equestrian parade on Christmas Day
• December 26 — Wine tasting
• December 27-28 — "Birra in Corte": craft beers and street food

Creative workshops (4:30 PM - 7:00 PM, organized by Coccole e Balocchi)

• December 13 — Color your nativity scene
• December 23 — Interactive photo with the magic of Christmas
• December 27 — Paint your Christmas tree
• January 4 — Decorate the Befana stocking

Throughout the period: ice skating rink, Christmas market, play area, and light displays.
