Edition 2025 — Must Festival

The fourth edition of the Rosolini Must Festival took place on Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12, 2025, between Piazza Garibaldi and Corso Savoia. Two days dedicated to the flavors of peasant tradition, with tastings of sweets based on grape must and cooked wine, performances by local dance schools, a female choir, and an evening concert, promoted by the municipal administration and the Misericordia of Rosolini.

Must Festival 2025 — 4th edition

The fourth edition of the Must Festival in Rosolini was held on Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12, 2025, between Piazza Garibaldi and Corso Savoia. The event, promoted by the municipal administration of Rosolini together with the local Misericordia, celebrated the flavors of peasant tradition linked to grape must and its derivatives.

On Saturday, October 11, from 7:00 PM, the tasting stalls for typical products opened; at 8:30 PM, performances by the dance schools "Dancing Stars", "Studio N", and "Spazio 2". On Sunday, October 12, at 8:00 PM, the performance of the female choir "Muse InCanto" in the Mother Church, and at 9:00 PM, the concert by the Beans. Among the featured sweets: mucatoli, mostata, purcidduzzi, and crispelle.
