Musikfest - Kirchtag in Terenten

The 2025 edition of the Musikfest - Kirchtag in Terenten was held on Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14, on the traditional Sunday of Pears. On Saturday, from 2:00 PM, the raising of the Kirschtamichl tree took place, accompanied by entertainment music. Sunday opened with a solemn mass and procession at 8:30 AM, followed by the 10:00 AM Frühschoppen featuring the Terento Brass Band and the Terento-Chienes Youth Band. Throughout the day, various local brass bands (Vandoies, Vallarga, Chienes, Stegona) performed, with a star march in the early afternoon, an evening dance, and a lottery draw. The festival also featured traditional specialties—Kirchtagskrapfen, Tirtlan, Strauben, cherry desserts, and grilled meats—along with children's attractions in the playground. Admission was free.
