MusicaRiva Festival 2025: the 41st edition

The 41st edition of the MusicaRiva Festival opened on July 18th, 2025, and concluded on August 4th, confirming its status as one of the key musical events of the summer in Trentino-Alto Adige. The opening concert, held at the Auditorium San Giuseppe in Riva del Garda, featured the Orchestra delle Alpi, exceptionally expanded to 100 members, performing Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 5, conducted by the young Luka Hauser.

A rich and well-attended edition

The festival scheduled 33 events, 7 advanced courses, 5 workshops, and a lutherie atelier, with 6 symphony orchestras and over 500 artists across 24 venues in 10 municipalities of the Municipality of Riva del Garda and the Garda area, from Ledro to Limone sul Garda and Malcesine. With approximately 6,000 attendees, the edition celebrated creativity, intergenerational dialogue, and the meeting of different cultures, also hosting international groups such as the National Youth Orchestra of the Netherlands (Nationale Jeugdorkesten Nederland).
