On June 21st, 2025, the Music Festival involved, as every year, dozens of cultural venues throughout Italy. In Rome, the capital municipality of the Lazio region, the Palazzo Mattei di Giove appointment was part of a particularly dense day, with museums, libraries, and state archives open extraordinarily for free concerts and initiatives.

The formula is the one that has made this Roman appointment recognizable: the evening opening of the 17th-century courtyard of the building on Via Michelangelo Caetani, managed by the ICBSA together with the Library of Modern and Contemporary History, and live music returned to the public in a historic space normally reserved for scholars and readers.

The success of this edition paved the way for the 2026 appointment, built around the national theme "The Voice of Places" and entirely dedicated to choral singing.
