Edition 2025 — Music and Art in Cento
The third edition of Music and Art in Cento was dedicated to the Cento-born composer and violinist Bartolomeo Campagnoli. Five concerts between February and May 2025, held at the Civic Art Gallery and in the city's historic churches, featuring renowned soloists and orchestras, with a final concert entrusted to an international orchestra.
2025 Edition: Homage to Bartolomeo Campagnoli
The third edition of Music and Art in Cento was dedicated to the figure of the Cento-born composer and violinist Bartolomeo Campagnoli, with a journey through the Civic Art Gallery "Il Guercino" and the historic churches of Cento, in the Province of Ferrara.
The Program
- February 8 - Civic Art Gallery: Davide Amodio (violin), music by Paganini and Campagnoli.
- March 8 - Church of San Rocco: Cosimo Quaranta (viola) and Lisa Redorici (piano).
- April 5 - Church of San Pietro: Edoardo Occhiuto (flute) with the Orchestra Senzaspine conducted by Tommaso Ussardi.
- May 9 - Church of San Lorenzo: I Solisti Aquilani with Orazio Sciortino (piano and direction).
- May 29 - the Harvestehuder Sinfonieorchester of Hamburg conducted by Massimo Alessio Taddia, with pianist Ludovico Falqui Massidda (Mozart and Brahms).
Prices
Tickets €18/20, reduced €10 for under 21s and university students, on sale at the Pandurera Center ticket office and online at Vivaticket.
