Edition 2025 — Mushroom Festival
In 2025, the Mushroom Festival of Cunardo confirmed its mid-September date at the Baita del Fondista. Three days of dishes based on fresh porcini mushrooms, organized by the I Tencitt group, which attract thousands of visitors to the Alto Varesotto each year.
The 2025 edition renewed the tradition of the Mushroom Festival at the Baita del Fondista in Cunardo. Polenta, risotto, tagliatelle, lasagna, and braised porcini mushrooms enlivened the three days, organized by the folk group I Tencitt.
Between mountain cuisine and merriment, the festival confirmed its role as a benchmark gastronomic event for the Province of Varese.
