The 15th edition of MurgiaFest

From September 19 to 21, 2025, MurgiaFest celebrated its fifteenth edition in Santeramo in Colle, confirming itself as one of the most anticipated cultural events in the Alta Murgia. The festival chose as its guiding theme the dialect proverb "Timbe de uèrre e timbe de tempèste, ci se spògghe e ci se vèste", to reflect on the role of art and culture as a voice for those who cannot speak.

The first two days took place in the town center, between Piazza di Vagno, Piazza del Lago, and the Palazzo Marchesale: on Friday the 19th, a talk on cultural welfare with a live broadcast by Radio Stand By opened the evening, followed by a live concert by singer-songwriter Lorenzo Kruger. Saturday the 20th featured a meeting on grass peas (cicerchia) with a cooking show, choral music by the BOLÈ Ensemble, a tribute to Alberto Dileone, and DJ sets.

Sunday moved into nature: at 9:30 AM, the Plastic Free ecological walk in the Bosco di Mesola, followed by the community lunch at Masseria Stand By, the autumn lottery, and, in closing, the ritual bonfire with the tambourine of Peppe Leone and the aftershow. A blend of music, environment, and conviviality fully in the spirit of the eco-festival.

Sunday, September 21 — Bosco di Mesola / Masseria Stand By

• 9:30 AM — Plastic Free ecological walk

• 4:00 PM — Autumn lottery (Mabon)
• 7:30 PM — Ritual bonfire with Peppe Leone's magic tambourine
• 10:00 PM — Aftershow DJ set
