Edition 2025 — Mostri Sacri Festival

The fifth edition of the Mostri Sacri Festival took place in Livorno from February 23 to April 18, 2025. After a traveling edition, the festival returned to focus on the city, expanding its venues and adding new languages to live music: cinema, art, and literature, all centered around the theme of the sacred monsters of Italian song.

Fifth edition: Livorno takes center stage

The 2025 edition brought the festival to various locations in the city of Livorno. February 23, at the Centro Artistico Il Grattacielo, the screening of the documentary "Vengo anch'io" about Enzo Jannacci with a meeting with the director. February 28, at The Cage, Pietro Aloisi sings Adriano Celentano. March 8-9, at Villa Trossi Uberti in Ardenza, "La Mostra delle Mostre" (The Exhibition of Exhibitions) dedicated to female figures of Italian music. April 11, at the Mondadori Bookstore on Via Grande, a talk with musicologist Jacopo Tomatis about his book "Storia culturale della canzone italiana".
