Mostra Internazionale di Arte Presepiale

The XXIV edition of the Mostra Internazionale di Arte Presepiale enlivened Città di Castello from November 29, 2025, to January 6, 2026, recording an attendance increase of over 20%. In the Cathedral Basilica Crypt, over 170 works from 64 Italian and foreign exhibitors were displayed, including the schools of Naples, Catania, Tuscany, Lazio, and Umbria. Among the novelties were a large 5x4 meter Nativity scene from Lazio dedicated to the Jubilee and the 800th anniversary of Saint Francis, a collection of dioramas inspired by Venetian monuments, and about 30 statues of Baby Jesus made over the last three centuries. A special section commemorated Gualtiero Angelini, founder of the exhibition, on the tenth anniversary of his passing.
