Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema – Pesaro Film Festival

The 61st edition of the Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema was held in Pesaro from June 14 to 21, 2025, under the artistic direction of Pedro Armocida. The fourteen works in the Pesaro New Cinema Competition were screened at the Teatro Sperimentale from Monday, June 16 to Friday, June 20.

The traditional Special Event on Italian cinema was dedicated to Gianni Amelio, while on Thursday, June 19, actress and director Arielle Dombasle received the Premio Pesaro Nuovo Cinema 61. Among the competition winners, "Basateen" by Antoine Chapon won both the International Jury Prize and the Young Jury Prize. As is tradition, all screenings were free admission.
