The 118th Mostra del Bitto took place in Morbegno on October 18 and 19, 2025, celebrating the famous Valtellina cheese with tastings, cheese competitions, workshops, and food markets. The historic center transformed into the Valtellina capital of taste.

In 2025, the 118th Mostra del Bitto animated the historic center of Morbegno on October 18 and 19. The historic cheese fair celebrated Bitto, the symbolic cheese of Valtellina produced in the alpine pastures, with tastings, competitions awarding the best wheels, workshops, food markets, and activities for children. The event, one of Italy's oldest and most prestigious of its kind, confirmed Morbegno as the capital of taste, attracting producers and gourmets from across the peninsula to the heart of Bassa Valtellina.
