Mosaic of Night

The 2025 edition of Mosaic of Night was held from July 1 to September 5, confirming the formula of evening openings and guided tours of the UNESCO monuments of Ravenna, in Emilia-Romagna.

Every Friday, until September 5, the Basilica of San Vitale and the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia remained open from 9 PM to 11 PM; on Wednesdays, the Arian Baptistery welcomed visitors from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM, along with the Byron and Risorgimento Museums. The evening guided tour routes also included Sant'Apollinare in Classe, the National Museum, the Domus of the Stone Carpets, and the Mausoleum of Theodoric.

The musical series "Mosaic of notes... at night" featured nine organ concerts in the Basilica of San Vitale, every Friday from July 4 to August 29, starting at 10:00 PM, with organists and musicians from the Conservatories of Ravenna, Cesena, Rimini, and Ferrara, and a repertoire ranging from Bach to Frescobaldi, and Pachelbel to Franck.
