Edition 2025 — Mortara Goose Salami Festival

The 58th edition of the Mortara Goose Salami Festival took place in the last week of September 2025, culminating on Sunday, September 28th. Four days of food stalls, Waterfowl Exhibition, Renaissance pageant, and the 52nd Palio Città di Mortara among the six districts.

The 2025 edition, the 58th, confirmed the success of the Mortara event. Stalls in the historic center offered Mortara IGP Goose Salami with traditional Lomellina menus, while the closing Sunday saw the Renaissance historical pageant with the Mortara City Flag Throwers Group and the court of Ludovico il Moro and Beatrice d'Este. The day concluded with the 52nd Palio Città di Mortara among the six city districts and the customary Provincial Waterfowl Exhibition with over 200 specimens of geese and ducks.
