Edition 2025 — Mortadella Party

The 2025 edition of the Mortadella Party, the fourth of the event, took place in late June in Piazza Porta Roma in Pastena, in the province of Frosinone. On that occasion, the Il Falco Association once again offered two evenings of celebration centered around mortadella, with food stalls, tables set up in the square, and musical entertainment, in the informal atmosphere that has always characterized the Ciociarian festival.

The fourth edition of the Mortadella Party confirmed, in the summer of 2025, the growth of an event born a few years earlier as the Mortadella Festival. As in previous editions, the stage was Piazza Porta Roma, in the center of Pastena, a Ciociarian village known for its karst caves.

The organization remained under the Il Falco Association, which set up the square with tables and food stalls dedicated to mortadella, served in the festival's now-classic versions. The tastings were accompanied by the usual musical component, with entertainment evenings open to everyone and free of charge.

The 2025 edition served as a bridge to the fifth event in 2026, consolidating the Mortadella Party among the most followed late-June festivals in the province of Frosinone.
