Christmas 2025 in Morro Reatino

The 2025 edition was part of a particularly well-attended Christmas season. On December 7, 2025, the community gathered in Piazza Umberto I for the lighting of the decorations, which redesigned the village facade and the silhouette of the bell tower around a large stylized tree. On the same day, the Nativity Exhibition was inaugurated in the Town Hall, realized with the support of the Lazio Region: an exhibition trail where each nativity scene tells a story, highly followed by residents and visitors.

The living nativity in the village

The historic center then hosted, as every year, the living representation of the Nativity along the stone streets of the village, with actors portrayed by the residents of Morro Reatino. The event confirmed itself as one of the identity-defining appointments of the Montepiano Reatino and one of the moments when the small Sabina community gathers in full, on the eve of the 40th-anniversary edition scheduled for 2026.
