2025 Edition
The 2025 edition of the Monterosso Val d'Arda Festival took place on Saturday, May 10, and Sunday, May 11, in the medieval village of Castell'Arquato, in the province of Piacenza. Over thirty local wineries presented their Monterosso DOC white wines along the "barricaia," from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The program included the opening of the barricaia, the day dedicated to Malvasia di Candia and the sparkling wines of Val d'Arda at 10:00 AM, the start of the food stalls at 11:00 AM, and two masterclasses on the Piacenza classic method (at 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM). The novelty of the year was the Saturday evening DJ event from 7:00 PM at Parco delle Driadi, designed for a younger audience. Entry was free, with the purchase of a glass to participate in tastings.
