Montecorice diWine Jazz Festival

11th edition: two nights with a packed square

The Montecorice diWine Jazz Festival celebrated its eleventh edition in 2025, organized by the Municipality of Montecorice with AIS Campania — Cilento and Vallo di Diano delegation, and artistic direction by Giuseppe Reale. On Wednesday, August 20, the evening opened at 9:15 PM with Walter Ricci and his Naples Jazz Project, which intertwined jazz standards and Neapolitan sounds, followed at 10:15 PM by the ensemble of Alfonso Deidda (sax) accompanied by Marcello Tonolo on piano, Domenico Santaniello on double bass, Adam Pache on drums, and the voice of Rosa Emilia Dias.

Thursday, August 21, featured DALLAltraParteDellaLuna, the Bassvoice Project by Pippo Matino and Silvia Barba dedicated to Lucio Dalla, followed by the All Stars Quartet with Marco Guidolotti on baritone sax and clarinet, Francesco Nastro on piano, Luca Bulgarelli on double bass, and Pietro Iodice on drums.

Ten local wineries—including Le Grazie of Montecorice, Alfonso Rotolo, Barone di Rutino, San Giovanni, and De Conciliis—animated the tastings guided by sommeliers. The audience filled the square on both nights, confirming the festival as a landmark in the cultural and food-and-wine calendar of Campania.
