Montecavolo Carnival

The Montecavolo Carnival 2025 confirmed the tradition of this village festival in the hamlet of Quattro Castella, in the province of Reggio Emilia. As every year, the event featured the parade of floats and masks along the village streets, ending in Piazza del Cantone.

The festival, organized by nursery schools, the Proloco Matildica, and local parishes with the patronage of the Municipality, offered games, shows, snacks, and Carnival sweets for families, enlivening the afternoon with performances by the young "Maestà della Battaglia" flag-wavers and musicians of Quattro Castella.
