The 27th edition of the Montecatini Opera Festival took place from April to October 2025 at the Terme Tettuccio in Montecatini Terme. A season filled with opera galas, from the Opening Gala in April to the Closing Gala in October, featuring tributes to the Three Tenors, Maria Callas, Enrico Caruso, and Puccini, performed by established singers and young talents accompanied by piano.

The 27th edition of the Montecatini Opera Festival was held from April to October 2025 in the Art Nouveau setting of the Terme Tettuccio in Montecatini Terme, in the province of Pistoia. The season opened with the Opening Gala on April 18 and continued with numerous evenings until the Closing Gala on October 24.

The program featured the festival's classic evenings — Tribute to the Three Tenors, Queens of the Night, A Night at the Opera, Callas Forever, Emoción Ópera y Tango, and Flowers from the Steppes — alongside tributes dedicated to Enrico Caruso and Puccini in Love. Performers included sopranos Noemi Umani and Patrizia Cigna, tenors Alessandro Fantoni and Nicola Simone Mugnaini, baritone Paolo Ruggiero, and pianist Massimo Salotti.
