Montecarlo Wine Festival

The 57th edition of the Montecarlo Wine Festival was held from August 28th to September 8th, 2025, confirming the success of one of the most historic food and wine events in Tuscany. For twelve days, the village in the province of Lucca hosted tastings of local DOC and IGT wines, food stalls with typical products, musical and popular shows, and numerous exhibition spaces.

Among the most anticipated moments were the evening tastings in Piazza Garibaldi, the «winemakers share their stories» initiative in the cloister of the Istituto Pellegrini Carmignani, and performances by the G. Puccini Philharmonic and the Gruppo Storico Montecarlese. The event concluded on September 8th with the traditional torchlight procession in honor of the Madonna del Soccorso. Admission was free for the duration of the festival.
