Edition 2025 — Montale a Teatro
In 2025, the Montale a Teatro festival did not yet exist: the event makes its debut with its first edition in the spring of 2026, born from the collaboration between the Municipality of Montale, in the province of Pistoia, and the Fondazione Teatri di Pistoia. The local live performance offering is part of the Municipality's ongoing cultural initiatives, including Montale Paese della Fiaba.
The Montale a Teatro festival was established in 2026 and did not have a previous edition in 2025. The Municipality of Montale, in the province of Pistoia, however, has a well-established cultural activity, which includes the multi-year initiative Montale Paese della Fiaba, to which the new theatre festival is linked. The first edition of Montale a Teatro thus marks the launch of a new event dedicated to live performance in the Pistoia plains, in Tuscany.
