The non-competitive run through the hills of Monselice
The Monselice City Run is the traditional non-competitive run in Monselice, in the province of Padua, organized by the Gruppo Podisti Monselicensi. The start is from via Argine Destro and the routes wind through roads, embankments, and hills of the territory.
Participants can choose between three distances — 8, 13, and 19 kilometers — on mixed hilly trails, designed for both those walking with company and those running. The event is valid for the provincial running championship, attracting sports groups from all over the province.
With the patronage of the Municipality of Monselice and the Department of Sport, the run combines physical activity, social interaction, and discovery of the Euganean Hills landscape, confirming itself as a beloved event for the local running community.
The 41st Monselice City Run was held on Sunday, March 8, 2026, with the start from via Argine Destro between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM and concluding around 12:30 PM.
The three mixed hilly routes — 8, 13, and 19 km — welcomed walkers and runners of all levels. The run, valid for the provincial running championship, was organized by the Gruppo Podisti Monselicensi in collaboration with the Municipal Department of Sport.
On-site registration: €3 for groups, €4 individual. Valid for the provincial running championship.
Monselice is located at the foot of the Euganean Hills, in the province of Padua, served by the Bologna–Padua railway station and the A13 motorway. The start is from via Argine Destro.
