Edition 2025 — Mo'Sta Fest

The fifth edition of the Mo'Sta Fest took place in Portopalo di Capo Passero from October 17 to 19, 2025, along via Lucio Tasca and the streets of the center. Three days dedicated to mostata, food stalls, live music, and the insabbiata, which was dedicated this year to Andrea Camilleri on the centenary of his birth. The program also included exhibitions of vintage cars, Fiat 500s, Vespas, and classic motorcycles, as well as the Civil Protection Festival.

Mo'Sta Fest 2025: The Fifth Edition

The 5th edition of the Mo'Sta Fest was held in Portopalo di Capo Passero from October 17 to 19, 2025, enlivening via Lucio Tasca and the historic center with food stalls, music, exhibitions, and the unmissable insabbiata. The 2025 edition was characterized by a tribute to Andrea Camilleri, marking the centenary of the writer's birth.

The Program

Friday, October 17, the day opened at 5 PM with the start of the insabbiata work, at 6 PM the opening of the festival and exhibition stalls, at 8 PM the Os-car concert with a DJ set by Gaetano Failla, and at 8:30 PM the Gen Verde acoustic band at the Maria Santissima Scala del Paradiso church. Saturday the 18th at 5 PM the official inauguration of the insabbiata, at 5:30 PM the static exhibition of Fiat 500s and vintage cars, at 6 PM the street band "I Civica" from Modica, and at 9 PM the Banda Bertè concert. Sunday the 19th at 11 AM the opening of the festival and stalls, at 6 PM live music with "Io e mio fratello". At the stalls: mostata, cavatelli with sauce, ricotta ravioli, sausage sandwiches, porchetta, and local specialties.
