Edition 2025 — Mittelfest

The 34th edition of Mittelfest took place in Cividale del Friuli from July 18 to 27, 2025, on the theme 'Taboo', featuring 38 shows from 17 countries. Among the most applauded moments were the 'Cartoon Night' in Piazza Duomo with Tosca and the FVG Orchestra, and 'La sonata Kreutzer' with Gioele Dix and Laura Marzadori.

In 2025, Mittelfest celebrated its 34th edition from July 18 to 27 in Cividale del Friuli, with the theme Taboo: a reflection on the boundary between the permissible and the forbidden, between memory and contemporaneity. The festival presented 38 shows from 17 countries, for all types of audiences. Among the most popular events were the Cartoon Night in Piazza Duomo, featuring the voice of Tosca, a children's choir, and the FVG Orchestra, and La sonata Kreutzer, with the voice of Gioele Dix and the violin of Laura Marzadori, dedicated to the theme of violence against women. Numerous workshops, artist talks, and activities for children were also held.
