Miseria Festival

The 38th edition of the Miseria Festival was held in Piazza Santa Caterina d'Alessandria, in Colle Alta (Colle di Val d'Elsa), every Saturday and Sunday in June 2025, from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM. In 2025 as well, volunteers from the Pastoral Unit of the Parishes of Colle Alta offered the great classics of Tuscan peasant cuisine — bread soup, chickpea and spelt soups, panzanella, pappa al pomodoro, porchetta, salt cod, sausage and beans, as well as the exclusive gota cotta — at popular prices with free admission.

A tradition that has been raising funds for the feast of the Madonna Addolorata since 1986, confirming itself as one of the most beloved gastronomic events in the Sienese Valdelsa.
