Edition 2025 — Minturno da Gustare

In July 2025, the Minturno da Gustare event did not yet exist under this name: the festival of typical products and food and wine culture of Lazio debuted only in 2026. The summer of 2025 in Minturno and Scauri was nevertheless marked by the gastronomic events of the municipal program, in particular the MinturnEat festival on the seafront, which later merged into the new 2026 format as a Special Edition.

Minturno and taste in the summer of 2025

The 2025 edition of Minturno da Gustare did not take place: the festival was born in 2026, promoted by the Municipality of Minturno (province of Latina, Lazio) with the support of ARSIAL. In the previous summer, the local food and wine offerings revolved around MinturnEat, the food, music, and entertainment festival hosted on the Scauri seafront, and other events in the municipal summer program.

That tradition, made of producer stalls, street food, and evenings by the sea, is the soil from which the more structured 2026 formula sprouted, centered on education, short supply chains, and educational workshops at Parco Recillo.
