Edition 2025 — Tour du Rutor

The 21st edition of the Millet Tour du Rutor Extrême confirmed the charm of the Aosta Valley ski mountaineering race, with international teams competing on the glaciers and ridges between La Thuile, Valgrisenche, and Arvier. Xavier Gachet and William Bon Mardion won among the men, while the sisters Léna and Lorna Bonnel took victory among the women, as part of the La Grande Course circuit.

The 21st edition of the Tour du Rutor Extrême revisited the two classic stages of the great traverse and the Planaval final, in Arvier, in a high mountain environment that annually selects the world's best ski mountaineers. Included in the European La Grande Course circuit, the race saw the French pair Xavier Gachet and William Bon Mardion triumph among the men; among the women, victory went to the sisters Léna and Lorna Bonnel. As every year, the event confirmed the role of the Rutor massif and the territory of Arvier, La Thuile, and Valgrisenche as a prime stage for international ski mountaineering.
