Edition 2025 — Milan Film Fest

The first edition of the Milan Film Fest, in 2025, inaugurated the new film festival directed by Claudio Santamaria, bringing films, guests, and scattered screenings to the city and laying the groundwork for the second edition in 2026.

The Milan Film Fest debuted in 2025 as Milan's new major film event, under the artistic direction of Claudio Santamaria. The first edition featured films, previews, guests, and scattered screenings in theaters and spaces across the city, with the aim of transforming Milan into an open-air set and bringing cinema closer to the public in many forms. The success of its debut consolidated the formula — cinema district, masterclasses, neighborhood screenings — preparing for the second edition in June 2026.
