Edition 2025 — Midsummer Festival

The 2025 edition of the Midsummer Festival - 5Rhythms & Friends took place in August in the countryside of Gubbio, confirming its formula as the largest Italian gathering for 5Rhythms dance and conscious movement: yoga in the morning, daily dance sessions on the outdoor platform, and teachers from all over Italy and abroad.

In 2025, the Midsummer Festival once again brought dancers and practitioners from all over Italy and abroad to Gubbio for a summer immersion in conscious movement. The program followed the established structure, with daily yoga opening sessions and sessions of 5Rhythms, Movement Medicine, Soul Motion, Azul, Ecstatic Dance, and Trance Dance.

The practices took place on an outdoor wooden platform, immersed in the nature of the Eugubino territory, with predominantly zero-km vegetarian cuisine and a community atmosphere that has characterized the festival since its inception in 2016.
