Edition 2025 — Mezzestate Festival

The 51st edition of the Mezzestate Festival enlivened Cutigliano from Wednesday, August 20 to Sunday, August 24, 2025. Five days of festivities in Piazzale Sant'Antonio, featuring the historic market exhibition of typical Pistoia Mountain products: 45 stalls of crafts, local specialties, and tourism, plus medieval parades, dance evenings, workshops for children, literary cafés, and food stalls with necci.

The 51st Mezzestate Festival took place in Cutigliano from August 20 to 24, 2025, from Wednesday to Sunday, enlivening the Pistoia Mountain village with five days of festivities blending tradition, taste, and entertainment.

In Piazzale Sant'Antonio, the 45 garage units were transformed into stalls ranging from crafts to typical products, and from tourism to the promotion of the Pistoia mountain region's excellence. Among the most appreciated moments was the medieval parade at 5:00 PM, featuring the drummers of the Cutigliano historical group, the flag-wavers and musicians of Gallicano, and the Domenico Achilli musical and cultural association of Gavinana.

There was no shortage of dance evenings, workshops for children, and literary cafés, while the food stalls offered local specialties, above all necci. The event, with free admission, was held during the days of the celebrations for Saint Bartholomew, the town's patron saint.
