The 2025 Meugliano Bean Festival

In 2025, the Carnival fagiolata confirmed its role as a winter highlight for the community of Meugliano, a village in Valchiusa in the Valchiusella valley (Turin). Following a custom widespread throughout the Canavese, residents gathered to share the traditional bean soup with pork rinds and salami, a symbol of Piedmont's humble and convivial cuisine.

As every year, the event was an opportunity for meeting and solidarity, with the dish distributed in exchange for a small donation to support village activities.
