2025 Carnival in Meta: Super Mario in Piazza Vittorio Veneto

The 2025 edition, promoted by the Municipality of Meta, focused on two days. Monday, March 3rd, starting at 3:30 PM, Piazza Casale was transformed into an outdoor play area with inflatables, balloons, soap bubbles, children's dancing, and an entertainment performance dedicated to the little ones.

Tuesday, March 4th, Shrove Tuesday, the meeting point was set for 9:30 AM at the Villa Comunale square on Viale Flavio Gioia, with the parade departing at 9:45 AM and arriving in Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The chosen theme was the Super Mario village, featuring themed inflatables, Art Attack-style creative workshops, 80s and 90s music from the Cartoon Party, and an awards ceremony for the best costumes inspired by the character and the cartoons of that era.

To facilitate participation, the Administration provided free parking at the Liceo Marone, a short distance from the Circumvesuviana station. All activities were free of charge.
