Edition 2025 — Merluzzo in SensoVia

In 2025, Merluzzo in SensoVia had not yet taken place as an event: May 1st, 2026, marks its inaugural edition in Albaretto della Torre. The previous year was dedicated to the birth of the project, the design of the sensory trail, and the promotion of the local tradition of cod-throwing, in preparation for the official debut in the Alta Langa.

Before the debut on May 1st, 2026, 2025 represented the ideation and preparation phase of Merluzzo in SensoVia in Albaretto della Torre, in the province of Cuneo. During this period, the Municipality and the LoveLanghe agency worked on designing the sensory loop trail and rediscovering the tradition of cod-throwing, linked to the ancient Salt Road. Therefore, no edition of the event was held in 2025: the inaugural appointment was set for 2026, the first chapter of this feel-good itinerary in the Alta Langa.
