Meraviglie a Portata di Mano

The fifth edition 2025

The fifth edition of Meraviglie a Portata di Mano was held from July to September 2025, with nineteen events spread across the seven municipalities of the Navelli Plain, in the province of L'Aquila. In Caporciano, the Church of Santa Maria de' Centurelli hosted the western film series "Cowboys, Bandits, Dollars and Guns" (July 26), the Melliphera concert (August 1), the Ápeiron Quartet with Antonella Gentile in a tribute to Edith Piaf (August 5), and Manoantica in a tribute to Django Reinhardt (August 18). On August 9, the Church of San Benedetto Abate hosted the "Musica Antiqua" concert for historic organ with Francesco Di Giacinto on oboe and Marco Palladini on organ, featuring music by Besozzi, Reincken, Händel, Hertel, and Geminiani.

The festival, funded by Restart funds and organized with the Società Aquilana dei Concerti "Bonaventura Barattelli", confirmed its success with the public, including residents, tourists, and visitors, by enhancing the historical and landscape heritage of the L'Aquila plateau.
