Meeting: World War II in Ghislarengo

In the years preceding the 2026 edition, the memory of World War II remained a living theme in Ghislarengo and throughout the Province of Vercelli, through commemorative moments and cultural initiatives promoted by the municipalities and local associations.

Ghislarengo, like many villages in Upper Piedmont, preserves the memory of its fallen soldiers and the partisans linked to the town, including Francesco Cassetta. The events dedicated to wartime memory represent an opportunity to pass on the history of the community to new generations and to honor the sacrifice of those who lived through those years.
