Medievalis

The 2025 edition of Medievalis, the nineteenth, was held in Pontremoli (MS) from August 21 to 24, 2025, with openings from morning until late at night. The four days were marked by themes: Thursday "The three magnificent Districts", Friday "Adventum", Saturday "Oratores, Bellatores, Laboratores", and Sunday "Pontremulo Free Commune".

Among the highlights were the historical procession with Emperor Frederick II, the Disfida di Cacciaguerra between the Sommoborgo, Imoborgo, and Contado districts, the medieval trial, the medieval wedding in Piazzetta della Pace, the medieval mass at the encampment, and historical dinners at the Castello del Piagnaro. The program was completed by falconry, fire shows, flag-wavers, archers, and jesters. The event involved over 200 participants, 21 groups and associations, 19 food stands, and 127 artisan market stalls.
