In 2025, the Medieval Passage of Lierna brought the Middle Ages back to the village of Castello, with costumed participants, encampments, and ancient crafts. The historical re-enactment, overlooking Lake Como, confirmed its charm among residents and visitors during the Lierna summer.
The 2025 edition of the Medieval Passage of Lierna animated the village of Castello with its historical re-enactment. Among costumed participants, encampments, and scenes of medieval life, the stone alleys of the fortified village transformed into a period set overlooking Lake Como. An event curated by the Pro Loco, now a regular fixture of the Lierna Municipality's summer.
