Edition 2025 — Medieval Dinner

The 40th edition of the Medieval Dinner of Castell'Arquato took place on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, starting at 8:30 PM in the monumental square. The edition, titled "The banquet of the 8th lustrum with Costanza Sforza Farnese," re-proposed the grand horseshoe-shaped banquet with a typical Piacenza menu, flag-wavers, a historical procession, musicians, dancers, fire-eaters, and jesters.

Medieval Dinner 2025: the 40th edition

On July 23, 2025, Castell'Arquato, in the province of Piacenza, celebrated the 40th edition of the Medieval Dinner, titled "The banquet of the 8th lustrum with Costanza Sforza Farnese." In the monumental square, the usual horseshoe-shaped table was set up, with a menu of Piacenza tradition served by waiters in costume and accompanied by wines from the Colli Piacentini.

The evening was enlivened by flag-wavers, a historical procession, musicians with period instruments, dancers, fire-eaters, and jesters, confirming the formula that has made the event one of the most anticipated of the Emilia summer for forty years.
