Edition 2025 — Mazara del Vallo Carnival
The 2025 Mazara del Vallo Carnival, organized by the Addrabbanna Lu Ponti cultural association with the patronage and contribution of the Municipality, took place from February 28 to March 2. The allegorical float parades started at 4:30 PM: the first day from Via Favara Scurto, the following days from Via Emanuele Sansone, crossing Via Mozia, the Vito Maria Ballatore bridge, Via Piersanti Mattarella, Corso Vittorio Veneto, and Piazza Giacomo Matteotti.
Three thematic floats were in competition: one dedicated to fishermen and the local maritime industry ("Fin che la barca va"), one inspired by the world of cards and strategic games ("Dunni lu metti sta"), and one dedicated to music ("Allegria"). The evening shows, starting at 9:30 PM, featured performances by the group Kamurria (Friday, February 28), DJs Vito Tre and Gianfranco Campisi (Saturday, March 1), and the group Candymen (Sunday, March 2).
