Edition 2025 — Fair of Cured Meats and Cheeses

The 2025 edition was held on May 3 and 4. Saturday, May 3, the preview offered, from 7:00 PM, a food and wine stand by the Pro Loco in piazzetta del Savio and, from 9:00 PM, dancing in piazza Gaiani with Radio Studio Delta. Sunday, May 4, the historic center remained open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with the fair dedicated to natural and organic agri-food products and the handmade market.

The May Fair of Cured Meats and Cheeses 2025 in Mercato Saraceno was spread over two days. Saturday, May 3, as a preview, from 7:00 PM, the food and wine stand curated by the Pro Loco in piazzetta del Savio opened with local specialties and products; at 9:00 PM, piazza Gaiani hosted dancing in the square with Radio Studio Delta, Manilo DJ, Elisa Gardini, and special guest Lori Zama.

Sunday, May 4, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the historic center transformed into a journey of flavors, aromas, and tradition, featuring local agri-food production - cured meats, cheeses, baked goods, cappelletti, and wines from Mercato Saraceno - and the handmade market. The event, with centuries-old origins and organized by the Municipality and the Pro Loco, had free admission.
