Edition 2025 — May Fair

In 2025 too, the May Fair enlivened the streets of Basilicanova, in the municipality of Montechiarugolo (PR), with its usual spring formula. Market, traditional games, attractions for children, entertainment, and Parmesan gastronomy with fried cake attracted families and visitors from the region, confirming an event that has been a landmark for the community for decades.

The 2025 edition of the May Fair renewed the spring appointment in Basilicanova, a hamlet in the province of Parma. As per consolidated tradition, the day combined the mixed-merchandise market along the village streets, traditional games and pastimes, funfair attractions, and family entertainment.

The heart of the festival was, as always, the typical gastronomy, with fried cake and cured meats prepared by Pro Loco volunteers. The event, organized with the support of the Municipal Administration and local associations, reaffirmed its role as a moment of social gathering and promotion of the Parma region's roots.
