Edition 2025 — Materia Festival
In 2025, Materia Festival – The Mycelium Forest had not yet taken place: the event debuted in 2026 with its first-ever edition held on June 2 at the Cappella della Madonna della Rosa in Scandicci. The project, conceived by the Materia APS association, was born that same year with the goal of bringing electronic music into the greenery of the Florentine hills.
There is no 2025 edition of Materia Festival – The Mycelium Forest: the festival is a recently founded entity, established in Scandicci in 2026 thanks to the Materia APS association. The first-ever edition was held on June 2, 2026, at the Cappella della Madonna della Rosa, in the hills of the province of Florence.
