Edition 2025 — Matelica 1473
The 2025 edition of Matelica 1473 (4th edition) was held on October 11 and 12, 2025, promoted by Fondazione Il Vallato with the Municipality of Matelica and Pro Matelica.
The central moment was the conference Social and Technological Progress between Marche and Umbria at the turn of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, held on Saturday, October 11, at 5:00 PM in the Conference Hall of Fondazione Il Vallato, with contributions from university professors, archivists, and historians.
Over the two days, free guided tours of the historic center were held (Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, with an additional session on Sunday afternoon from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM) among the city's churches, palaces, and Renaissance architecture.
