Edition 2025 — Mataner Kirchtag

On August 24, 2025, Montagna sulla strada del vino celebrated the Mataner Kirchtag, the patronal festival of Saint Bartholomew. The village square welcomed residents and visitors with live music, South Tyrolean culinary specialties, and local wines, in a festive day opened by Holy Mass in the parish church and enlivened by local associations.

On Sunday, August 24, 2025, the feast day of Saint Bartholomew the Apostle, Montagna sulla strada del vino experienced its traditional Mataner Kirchtag. The village square and the streets of the center came alive with the celebration organized by local associations.

The day combined the religious moment, with Holy Mass in the parish church, with conviviality: live music, traditional South Tyrolean dishes, and Oltradige wines accompanied residents and guests in an atmosphere of authentic South Tyrolean hospitality, confirming the Kirchtag as one of the most deeply felt events in the Montagna community.
