Mast Còt

Mast Còt 2025, titled 'The Aroma of Must,' was held in Spilamberto (Modena) on Saturday, October 4th, and Sunday, October 5th, preceded by a preview on Friday, October 3rd, with the evening 'Balsamic Sounds and Flavors' in Piazza Sassatelli, featuring a DJ set and live music.

Saturday was dedicated to the boiling of the must starting from early morning, guided tours of the Museum of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, cooper demonstrations in Piazza Roma, and the food market in Via Sant'Adriano, with special openings of the Medieval Tower and the Antiquarium Museum. Sunday offered 'Autumn Yoga' in the Rocca Rangoni Park, a parade of historic tractors, a musical parade with the G. Verdi Band and Fiery Fruste (whipping artists), a parade of historic bicycles, and a literary encounter with Loriano and Sabina Macchiavelli.

There were also activities for children with 'Il balsAMICO dei bambini' (The Balsamic for Children) in the Court of Honor of Rocca Rangoni, street theater 'The Incredible Office,' and exhibitions of vintage cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.
