Edition 2025 — Marsure Cheese Festival

The 2025 edition of the Marsure Cheese Festival enlivened the hamlet of Aviano in June, with two days of traditional Friulian cheese-based dishes — frico, homemade gnocchi, polenta, grilled cheese, ricotta, and caciotta — under the marquee in front of the Marsure Social Dairy.

In 2025 too, the Marsure Cheese Festival celebrated the historic Social Dairy and its products, bringing the community together under the marquee set up in front of the dairy. The stands offered the great classics of Friulian cuisine based on cheese: frico, homemade gnocchi, pasta and beans, polenta, grilled cheese, ricotta, and caciotta.

A simple and genuine festival, organized by Pro Loco Marsure together with the dairy's members, which has been telling the story of the cheesemaking tradition of the Pordenone Prealps for years.
