Edition 2025 — MarsicaLand

The 2025 edition of MarsicaLand took place from September 12 to 14 in Avezzano, between Piazza Risorgimento and Piazza del Mercato. Three days dedicated to the agri-food specialties of Marsica, with the large Direct Earth Market, show cooking, tastings of Abruzzo wines, round tables, workshops, and concerts. Grand finale with the Marsi Procession, a parade of over 250 participants in period costumes.

MarsicaLand 2025

The third edition of MarsicaLand was held in Avezzano from September 12 to 14, 2025, enlivening Piazza Risorgimento, Piazza del Mercato, and the Aia dei Musei. At the center, the Direct Earth Market with farmers, breeders, cheesemakers, truffle hunters, beekeepers, and winemakers from Marsica.

The program alternated show cooking with the Provincial Chefs Association, tastings of Abruzzo wines, round tables on tourism and mountain viticulture, and workshops on mycological biodiversity. The evenings were enlivened by concerts from "Zampogna in Rock", "Le Cumbinate", and "I Collage". The highlight, on Sunday, September 14, was the Marsi Procession with over 250 participants in costume, agricultural wagons, and tractors.

Programme

Friday 12: marching band, inauguration and opening of the Earth Market, show cooking, round table on tourism, "Zampogna in Rock" concert. Saturday 13: market, round tables and social workshops, round table on mountain viticulture with wine tasting, "Le Cumbinate" concert. Sunday 14: market, workshop on mycological biodiversity, show cooking, Marsi Procession (5:00 PM), "I Collage" concert.
