Maria della Neve Festival / Mariä Schnee Fest

The 2025 edition of the Maria della Neve Festival (Mariä Schnee Fest) took place on August 5th in the village of Gand/Gaid, in Appiano sulla strada del vino (Bolzano). As per tradition, the evening festival organized by the local initiative supporting the Gand children's playground brought together residents and visitors for a pleasant summer night, featuring South Tyrolean gastronomic specialties and moments of conviviality.

The event was part of the rich calendar of association festivals in Appiano, which animate the municipality's villages between July and October with celebrations by brass bands, fire brigades, Schützen, and parishes, helping to keep the traditions of the Oltradige community alive.
