Edition 2025 — Mare e Vitovska
The 2025 edition of Mare e Vitovska in Morje took place at the end of June at Duino Castle, confirming the formula of two evenings dedicated to Vitovska and Karst cuisine, with producers from the Karst Winemakers Association and local restaurants.
In 2025, Duino Castle once again hosted Mare e Vitovska in Morje, now a classic event of the Trieste gastronomic summer. The Karst Winemakers presented their Vitovska labels paired with traditional Karst dishes, in a festive atmosphere that attracted enthusiasts from all over the region and neighbouring Slovenia. This edition marked the eve of the twentieth anniversary celebrated in 2026.
